A. Pedagogical abilities

1. Teaching Methods

From my observation, Physical Education teachers at the Elementary Laboratory School use discussion methods. Where students are going to answer a question, which can be a statement or question to be discussed and solved together. In the discussion students can express opinions, refute opinions, submit proposals, and submit suggestions in order to solve problems in terms of various aspects.

2. Learning Materials and Innovation

From what I observed, when Physical Education teachers at the Elementary Laboratory School taught, he/she used various kinds of media such as whiteboards, pictures, paper, and the environment tools that were around the school.

3. Sources of Learning and Technology

From what I observed, the teacher obtained the sources of the subject matter through textbooks in schools, libraries, internet, and daily activities.

4. Authentic Assessment

The teacher will provide an assessment for the students’ performance to complete the task at the end of the learning process. Students are required to understand and complete the tasks that has been given. This is part of the students’ assessment to know how well did the students’ understand the lesson.

5. Teaching Style

When conducting the teaching and learning activities, the teacher pays more attention to the difficulties faced by each child. It's not just asking who doesn't understand the material being taught but it is about how the teacher address the difficulties that the students’ encounter for the students’ to understand the lesson well.
