Observation on Teachers

1. Planning for teaching

When  physical education teacher teach, she always prepares a lesson plan for the learning process to go smoothly.

2. Preparing lessons and materials

Every time I will teach, I rarely see a physical education teacher carrying a lesson plan, he only brings a log book that contains the learning procedures. In terms of the delivery, the teacher uses picture media.

3. Teaching in class

Before teaching and learning activities, the teacher let the students to pray and sing the National anthem which is the “Lupang Hinirang”. The teacher always delivers the material in a creative way, easy listening language, and slips jokes between the materials to express the atmosphere. In addition, the teacher also teaches the disciplinary aspects in which students are required to use the best time to answer questions and quizzes, and also students are not  to conduct activities that are not discussed.

4. Measurement and evaluation

Here the physical education teacher uses  quiz method to assess the students at the end of learning process. The teacher gave assignments to the students for the students to remember the lesson well.
