"Habibis Grill" is The best place for Arabic and Mediterranean food in Baguio City since 2013!

If you are a Muslim traveler, I recommend visiting the Habibis Grill in Baguio City. because there are so many halal foods typical of the Middle East. I will give my review to this restaurant.

Food: Absolutely great and most of all, consistent. Whether I'm trying a new dish or ordering a favorite, I've yet to find an encounter I disliked. It's hard to find the authentic Mediterranean with good value like this. But, i will give some recommendation to everyone who will visiting Baguio City. 

Chicken Al-Kabsah

If you prefer chicken over beef, this dish is for you. Chicken Al-Kabsah is the Arabic version of the Indian dish Chicken Biryani. Habibis Grill’s Chicken Al-Kabsah (255 Pesos) is packed with lots of flavors, making use of cloves, cinnamon, and cumin. Made with long grain rice and topped with chicken, carrots, cashew nuts and raisins, it is a dish with layers of flavors and textures. The serving is generous and can be shared by two persons. It is however delicious enough to be finished off by one.

Value: I'd place it in the mid-range, but you get a good bang for your buck in terms of taste and serving size. Prices went up a bit, but that's all restaurants, I suppose that's because of spices.

Service: Food definitely comes relatively quick, unless the place is really full. The staff are friendly and well trained, I've encountered some less than effective waiters, but those are usually only the new faces.

Habibis Grill

Ambiance: The decor is simple and the layout is functional, but I still find it very cozy and welcoming at the same time. Not an ideal place for a romantic date night though.

Definitely give this place a try!
